Parcel Post or Courier

We will require a physical address for delivery, it cannot be a P.O.Box
Deliveries will be tracked and there is also an option for courier with signature if a customer wishes to purchase. If you wish to use an alternative address for delivery, you can do so by providing the correct location for your package.

How much will it cost for delivery or postage?
Currently Nofotane SVSG has set parcel post and courier prices that are available to choose from during the shipping option process. 

Who is liable for the cost of postage or delivery?
The customer is liable for any postage or delivery cost.

Can I collect my order?
Yes you can – if you are located in Samoa


Can I nominate another person to pick up my order?
Ideally you will need to be the person picking up your order. However, we understand there will be a times where this will not be possible, so please just inform us if there will be any changes of who will be collecting the order on your behalf.

To collect or pick up orders, you must bring:

  • The order confirmation email or Receipt
  • Photo ID

Buying online:
All our products are 100% handmade and hand woven here in Samoa.  All our suppliers reside within our islands. 

What currency do you charge in?
All transactions are done in Samoan Tala (WST)


Do you send overseas?

Yes we do, we send every Friday through FedEx. 


How long do I need to wait for my order?

This is dependent if you have all your requested products confirmed and paid.  As well as our suppliers completing your order.  You are looking at two weeks maximum.  Taking into consideration what you have requested to be made and the overseas postage timings.   


What payment methods do you offer?
Online purchases are made easy and secure with a selection of payment options:


  • Money transfer through Pacific Ezy Money or via Western Union
  • Online money transfer into our Samoan bank account, this can take up to 5 working days to clear if you are an overseas customer

Why is my order on hold?
There could be an issue with your order or payment and we have been trying to contact you.  If there are any issues with orders where pricing hasn't calculated correctly we have the right to hold the order until full payment is received. We will contact you in this instance and place your order on hold. Either way, please get in touch with us if you have not received your order confirmation.

How do I re-order the same product?
You can email or call us for assistance or you are most welcome to sign up a customer account so you will have information on all your orders.   

Can I view my order before payment?
You have to book an appointment time with us so that we can arrange it if possible. Ideally with the email communications we are more than happy to send you photos of what you have requested and you let us know if they meet with what you wanted. 

Returning or Exchanging? 
There is no returning or exchanging with our products, as these are specially made with your preference in mind, they cannot be returned or exchanged.  Before your order is made, we are clear from the beginning with any product you do order, they are made according to your specifications.  Our suppliers are local, so this would not be good for their small businesses.


What I want to buy is not on your products list

If what you are looking for is not available on our products list you can email us on with exactly what you are looking for and we will be able to get quotes and time frame of when they can be done with our suppliers.
